Never underestimate a woman who understands baseball and loves shirt. When spring training starts this team needs to spend a lot of time in the batting cage because they really need to get their offense going this season. Not a off and on offense like the end of last season. Has there ever been any discussion of developing the parking lots surrounding the Pepsi Center? Officially there’s no plan to do so but the recent rezoning of the Elitch’s site covers the Pepsi Center area too. So if the Pepsi Center and/or its parking lots were to be redeveloped, it would likely be similar to the River Mile proposal in terms of mixed-use, pedestrian/transit-oriented, and high density.
