Chile is probably the most beautiful & developed country, South America has. I am honestly saying this, because I’ve worked 3 years, in that country. Now I live in Peru & it sucks here. Peru is also beautiful but its government, makes it ugly & poor. What about all the money the oil and gas Tycoons will need to live in their ivory towers once the earth is a warm dying dump? This was a little more expensive, but capitalized the solar power market in a way never seen in the history. Some solar power startups invested to cover this demand. This created lots of new employments and capital and lowered solar power materials cost.
