The most disgusting way of cooking Mood it’s above me now shirt. In Nigeria, we turn it inside out and wash it 5 times then rine with salt to make sure it is clean. Cows intestines (Tripe) is very good split, cut in small pieces and cleaned w/shrimp and pasta sauce. To eat intestines from any animal is wrong an unclean no matter what you do to it. That’s so fuckin sick especially not knowing or looking inside them before eating. These cultures that eat that shit in this day and age I just don’t understand. Ain’t no way it tastes better than chicken, so why not just eat chicken? Doesn’t make you cooler to eat intestines.
