He'd have no trouble getting in, anyone he saw would do what he told them and it would continue Jaime's arc of splintering from his family. He won't do it willingly or enthusiastically, mind, but I suspect this is (partly) where he's headed. At the very least, Jaime and Riverrun now seem very much linked after AFFC. So I think he'll play a part in whatever happens to it.
