Few would dispute that Cersei is a villain but Cersei and Danerys are actually very similar. Danerys has killed way more people than Cersei (deserving or undeserving). Danerys used DRAGONS to kill the Lannister Army even though she had the unbeatable Dothraki. Why did she do it? There was no purpose for her to use Dragons in that situation. Also, her killing a son and father side by side is very very reminiscent of what her father did to Rickard and Brandon Stark.
